Please Note the Following Regarding Changes in the RAHA
1. Changes in the requirements for when a RAHA is to be completed do not change any requirements for the completion of a job description in filling a position.
2. These changes are not intended to change any internal College/Unit requirements on position approval.
3. For Academic Professional and Faculty Appointments, the RAHA is to continue to be attached to the respective HR Front End transaction. We are examining ways to connect the approval of the position with the respective HR Front End transaction which may eliminate this requirement.

Future Changes

Please note that in the near future, the form will be updated and renamed Position Authorization. At that time, it will be integrated with the Requisition utilized for Civil Service positions resulting in only one form required for filling a Civil Service position. You will be notified about this change at that time and webinars will be conducted to overview the changes with you.
